Everyone Can Vote by Mail

Apply for Your Absentee Ballot

You have two options...

  1. If You Have a Printer:

    1. Before 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 10...
    2. Download the form
    3. Print it out
    4. Section 3, 4, & 5: Fill in your name, birthday, address where you live
    5. Section 7: Put a check in front of the "I authorize ____ to pick up my ballot at the board of elections" line and write "Jennifer Convissor" the blank
    6. Section 8: Sign it and date it
    7. Email a photo of it

Bcc: campaign@convissor.net
    8. Our team will bring your absentee ballot to you over the weekend

  2. If You Don't Have a Printer:

    1. Before 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 10...
    2. Call the Board of Elections: 914-995-5291
    3. Tell them you want to apply for an absentee ballot
    4. Tell them "I authorize Jennifer Convissor to pick up my ballot at the Board of Elections"
    5. Call me at 914-372-9393 so I know to make sure we get your ballot
    6. Our team will bring your absentee ballot to you over the weekend

Here's the fun part!

Package Your Absentee Ballot

Once you have completed marking your ballot:

  1. Fold it up and place it in the Security Ballot Envelope
  2. Sign and date the outside of the Security Ballot Envelope in the indicated spot
  3. Seal the Security Ballot Envelope
  4. Place the Security Ballot Envelope in the Return Ballot Envelope. (This envelope will have the return address of the Westchester County Board of Elections on the outside.)
  5. Seal the Return Ballot Envelope

Submit Your Absentee Ballot

Pick one of the following ways to get your ballot counted:

  • Give it to me by 9 am Tuesday, March 16. We will hand deliver it to the Board of Elections. (This is a great option because you don't have to worry about the timing of the mail, and your vote will get counted on election night.)
  • Put it in the mail ensuring it receives a postmark no later than Monday, March 15
  • Bringing it to a poll site on Tuesday, March 16 (between 6 am and 9 pm)
  • Bringing it to the Westchester County Board of Elections Office (25 Quarropas Street, White Plains) no later than 5 pm Tuesday, March 16

Una vez que haya terminado de marcar su boleta:

Envíe su boleta de voto ausente

Elija una de las siguientes formas de hacer que se cuente su boleta:

  • Dámelo antes de las 9 am del martes 16 de marzo. Se lo entregaremos personalmente a la Junta Electoral. (Esta es una gran opción porque no tiene que preocuparse por el tiempo del correo, y su voto se contará la noche de las elecciones).
